About me

Welcome!

I honor your interest in seeking out a therapist to work with and hope to provide some information here to help guide your choice.

I am a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over eight years in working as a therapist with past experience in community mental health supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a range of concerns including mood and thought disorders, adjustments to life changes, difficult choices, challenges in relationships, and traumatic life events and related stress.

My approach to therapy is grounded in my eclectic training and informed by a thoughtful application of theories and interventions that can support your wellbeing and self-expression. I believe that the first step to therapy is offering a supportive relationship that can help you find security in the present moment and from there offering you opportunities for increasing self-awareness, helping you understand yourself and how your choices can affect your health and relationships, and providing the space for you to address what you need to in therapy to grow and heal.

I received my Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions in 2015 and have stayed active in seeking additional education and training, including a three year Gestalt training program completed in 2021. I offer this training as a resource to you and consider you the expert of your life.

Christine is extremely helpful and supportive. She understands and listens better than any therapist I've ever had! She helps me move forward in a positive direction everytime I need guidance. She answer's your messages and really helps you reach your goals. I've found she helps me get out of my own way and see thing's more clearly! Christine works with me in ways that I've never had a therapist work with me. She helps me through my thoughts, and even tries to help by guiding me through them to work out what I should do when I find myself in difficult situations. She's a wonderful therapist, and I'd recommend her to anybody looking to get into therapy.

I think Christine is great. Her guidance and validation over the last year has changed my perception of what I’m actually going/have gone through. I feel listened to and I appreciate when she takes a pause to really think about the intention she’s putting into her next words and thoughts for me. I am now one of those people that say “well my therapist says…”
