I actively recommend Christine to my friends. She has helped me turn my life around. I eat regularly now. Am healthy. I know boundaries. Understand when I need to stop and breathe. I feel like crying when I think of how much Christine has helped me take control of my life again but I know that is just my amygdala taking over because she taught me that!

I've only had 2 sessions with Christine, but so far I'm very pleased and look forward to continuing to work with her.

Christine is very kind and knowledgeable. It is easy to talk to her, even about the not-so-easy-to-talk-about things. While I'm great at impeding my own progress, she is always there to encourage me along and reassure me that I am making progress, and I can get to where I want to be. Sometimes, I just need a different perspective and Christine is great at presenting those and helping me identify different (and often healthier) ways to think about something.
