Chris has been one of the most helpful professionals I’ve ever spoken to. He is very well versed in his field and highly equipped with coping skills, strategies, and current studies to help you get to the place you want to be. On top of that he’s very personable, he takes the time to get to know you, and he’s very warm and easy to talk to.

Chris has a wide range of experience and approaches each individual according to what they need. He leads with curiosity and brings his all to every session. If you’re at all hesitant about therapy, I highly recommend Chris. He could speak to my faith, offer tools to heal my trauma, and was even able support my fiancé through his own mental battles. (I liked Chris so much that I referred my fiancé and my fiancé started meeting with him too.) I cannot thank Chris enough!

Christopher is a great listener, he let's me speak and makes me feel heard without feeling judged. He is fun to work with, and I look forward to our sessions as I talk about stuff I wouldn't say to anyone else. He's like a wise older brother typer of therapist and I like his approach of even difficult subjects.
I'd recommend Christopher to anyone who feels apprehensive about starting therapy, he will make it a good session.

Chris has been beyond amazing at keeping me on track, providing a safe space, and an open forum to get through all of the baggage/PTSD/trauma that I’ve been plagued with for years.
Chris has been the best therapeutic experience I’ve had as an adult.
Best of the best.

Chris has been an amazing partner during the last few months we've been meeting together. I think he strikes the perfect balance between giving me space to process and let him know where I'm at, and prompting me with helpful suggestions and resources. I'm relatively new to therapy in general and I think Chris has really helped get me to a point where I know what to expect and I feel like every session is a good use of my time.

Christopher is an absolute legend. In just a few months he turned my life around. Where I'm at now is so much better than I'd even dreamed possible a few months ago. Christopher uses an amazing mix of techniques, both psychological and spiritual - some, for those not versed in esoterica, may seem strange or uncomfortable at first but give him the benefit of the doubt - his knowledge and skill is gold for the soul. Thanks so much for the help you've given me!

As a psychology student struggling with mental health, Christopher is able to communicate the mechanisms of his therapeutic approach using psychological concepts that I'm mostly familiar with, which allows me to connect the dots and believe in the process of my healing. Christopher is clearly passionate about his work and shares his excitment unapologetically. Beyond this, he is genuine and an active listener and this in turn helps to build trust and rapport.
