He’s good at what he does

Written on Oct 25, 2022 after therapy with Christopher for 1 year and 8 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem, and anger management

Chris has been one of the most helpful professionals I’ve ever spoken to. He is very well versed in his field and highly equipped with coping skills, strategies, and current studies to help you get to the place you want to be. On top of that he’s very personable, he takes the time to get to know you, and he’s very warm and easy to talk to.

Christopher is wonderful. He is so well rounded in his knowledge and brings a variety of techniques and teachings to the therapy table. He is able to draw from multiple philosophies in order to really relate to his clients and find a path that works best for them in their current state and circumstances. He is just great to work with. Highly recommended.

Chris has a wide range of experience and approaches each individual according to what they need. He leads with curiosity and brings his all to every session. If you’re at all hesitant about therapy, I highly recommend Chris. He could speak to my faith, offer tools to heal my trauma, and was even able support my fiancé through his own mental battles. (I liked Chris so much that I referred my fiancé and my fiancé started meeting with him too.) I cannot thank Chris enough!
