Chris is a great listener who is always quick to have a method of exploring new ways to resolve conflicts with family, friends, and inner intrusive thoughts. His method of working with clients is a personal one reaching into his own life to draw empathy and compassion. His over all demeanor is very disarming making talking openly easy, I have never felt judged in the space he creates.

Chris is the very first therapist in 30+ years that hears me and focuses on what I'm saying and gets down to the root of it. He pushes me to realize my issues and focus on them to fix it. He does not candy coat and make it seem like it's my fault. I have come so far in the very small amount of time and have been applying everything he has taught me.
