Christopher does an excellent job of listening to understand your situation. He asks great questions that challenge negative trains of thought. I feel significantly better thanks to Chris.

My therapist has helped me in more ways than I can express in words. I feel so much better about things when I finish our sessions because I am able to vent, process, and articulate the thoughts regarding areas in my life which I want/need to change. Not only is my therapist a great listener, he always helps me to sort out the confusion and noise that surround the challenging and difficult issues I face in my life as a single mom. My struggles with A.D.H.D., depression, anxiety, and other roadblocks have become less of a burden and more like opportunities for me to challenge myself and grow from the journey that comes with confronting what is holding me back. I am very blessed to have such a great therapist and am truly grateful to have him in my life.

Christopher really listens to respond and the questions he asks really help direct my thoughts towards solutions instead of additional problems.
