Chris is extremely empathetic and really creates a safe, judgement free space where I feel comfortable expressing myself. I am grateful for the sessions thus far and feel like I can grow from them and get the perspective and support that I need to navigate certain things.

When talking to Mr Sarfo I sensed he was trullyfelt listening and understanding the issue I struggled with. Despite the session being online I felt very comfortable talkining with him and felt much better already after the first conversations as he made sure I understand that what I was going through was very much human rection. I would strongly recommend him and look forward to consulting him in future too.

Chris is an exceptional person.

His attention to detail and genuine care for others really stand out.

He’s deeply committed to understanding and resolving any problems or challenges that come up, always approaching them with thoughtfulness and compassion.

What sets Chris apart is his ability to truly listen.

He doesn’t just hear what’s being said he takes the time to understand the underlying emotions and perspectives.

This quality makes him particularly valuable for Black men, as he not only relates to their experiences but also creates a safe and supportive space to open up.

In our culture, where Black men are often hesitant to express vulnerability, having someone like Chris who understands, connects, and encourages dialogue is incredibly impactful.

His presence is both inspiring and transformative.
