I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in 2005. I received my LCSW in 2021. I am the owner of SF REIKI CENTER (2011) I teach Reiki and see clients. I utilize a somatic approach in mind, body, and spirit, focusing on processing feelings in a safe environment and moving through them so you can move forward in creating the life you want.
I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, anger management, motivation, & self esteem. I also have experience working with confidence and owning your power.
