About me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in North Carolina with 18 years of experience working in a variety of settings to include outpatient mental health settings, family medicine residencies, military installations, and inpatient behavioral health units providing individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I will collaborate with you and tailor our dialog and goals to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My goal is to help each person make big changes doing small things. I am here to support and empower you.

I just started working with Christy & she’s been very helpful. She’s provided helpful worksheets that I’ve done & can look back on for reference. She responds to me quickly & let’s me know when she’ll be available. So far it’s been a great experience & seems to be helping me out.
