A fantastic therapist. She is great at helping me process my emotions. She is also great at listening to my needs

Terrific therapist. Admittedly my first time with any therapy but I felt at ease from the start. Great listener and provides wise suggestions for self care.

Chrystal has helped me through one of the most difficult points of my life and continues to be a pillar in my support system. She gave me the patience, support, and encouragement I needed to finally leave a decade-long abusive relationship. She is empathetic, responsive, kind, and helps me be intentional with my decision making. I never feel judged, pressured, or like I'm "weird" for needing someone to talk to.

She is a very open and caring person, I’m very glad I have her as my therapist. She is able to help with my anxiety.

A positive mind creates a positive environment from what my mentors have reminded me from a young age. Chrystal is one of those individuals that responds and feedback me with the upmost lifting energy when I am throwing every curve ball at her. I am battling a lot of issues and she could narrow it out to center where I am struggling. I hope that behind all those positive energy, she is doing well and progressing in life with nothing but the sun shining at her path ahead for her and a smile to every stranger that she comes across!

Crystal is empathetic, down to earth, and really insightful—she has a way of listening to me ramble about all the stuff in my head and somehow pointing out the root of the matter in a way that helps me identify what’s really important and what my truest values are. Ten out of ten—I would highly recommend!
