Ciarra Spruill, LCSW
About me
My name is Ciarra Spruill. I am a dual licensed therapist with a background in psychology, substance abuse, childhood trauma, and clinical social work to include but not limited to human development, emotional disturbances, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, trauma informed care, and relationship issues. I am dedicated and committed to enhancing the emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing of my clients. I assist clients in understanding how the challenges they face are not external (people, places and things), rather they are internal (thoughts, perceptions and self-concept). Therefore, we respond to stressors accordingly with the coping skills that we possess at the time. Remember, you are worthy, and you are valued.
