Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Reaching out for help may seem a bit scary and uncomfortable. However, it also takes a brave person to choose an opportunity to learn and grow. Each one of us in on a personal journey, sometimes painful, sometimes exciting and everything in between. Finding the right support partner is important. I am a creative visionary with a powerful message to share with the world. My passion has always been to make a positive impact, whether it be with an individual, group or business. I have a strong desire to help others feel valued, successful and happy. I often see opportunities where others may not. I have learned to listen to my deepest desires and consciously design my life and career on purpose. I possess unique, eclectic qualities that demonstrate my exceptional ability to understand people, business needs and workplace dynamics that allow me to intuitively connect and build relationships, all with a sense of grounded practicality.
I have over 25 years of experience studying: human behavior, mindfulness, spirituality, alternative healing, happiness and success principles. I have a Master's Degree (MA) in Psychology. I hold a Professional Counseling License in Georgia and have been running my own private counseling practice for over ten years. I hold certifications in the following areas: NLP, Clinical Hypnosis, EFT, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I have additional training in meditation and positive psychology. I am the author of Rockin' Life from Home, Success Stretegies to Balance Family Life and Working from Home. I now offer virtual counseling and education on managing anxiety, stress, and career path guidance with a creative flair that makes my offerings one of a kind.
