About me

The face of someone who looks for support-looks like mine. Sometimes it's struggling with anxiety or depression. Maybe diabetes and the toll the healthy management takes on your life. It could also look like a young adult feeling stuck with so many opportunities in the world. It could look like someone who has lost their job or home and turned to Alcohol or Gambling to ease the pain. Or someone who just can't shake things they may or may not label as TRAUMA in their lives. More important than any of these situations, is the question: How do we regain CONTROL over Happiness and OUR own lives?
I believe in taking a holistic and collaborative approach. This means we work together, as a team to improve your whole life-not just your mental or emotional health. There are multiple ways we can go about finding this answer, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EFT, EMDR, Addiction models, Mindfulness-based modalities, Motivational Interviewing and, more.
I have been supporting individuals just like you for over 14 years. I am committed to helping people learn how to live their BEST lives! My practice focuses on targeting Anything that stands in your way of functioning as your Best self!

Cindy is the most warm hearted, caring and genuinely wonderful therapist I've ever met. She's helped me through so much and u always feel like I can speak her about anything without judgment. Most importantly, she's always honest with me and checks up on me whenever I'm down and I appreciate her so much. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She's such an amazing person and I love her!

Cindy is a wonderful person. She is very supportive of your mental health growth and what you want to achieve personally. She is a very good listener and asks you thoughtful questions. Without a listening ear like hers I don't think I would have felt the personal growth I have made.

Cindy helps me boil down a lot of very complex circumstances very quickly. I don’t know how she does that with such ease, but it is helping me understand what I’ve been dealing with and also face life with less fear.

She is excellent. She doesn't beat around the bush. Asks excellent questions that actually have something to do with my problem or management thereof. My time is definitely not wasted nor is it unproductive.
