Cindy is a great therapist. From the very first session she was spot on with solutions to my issues and has been moving me in the right direction ever since. She is a great listener, compassionate, understanding and very good at what she does. I highly recommend.

I always hate breaking a therapist in, but with Cindy I don’t feel like I’ve had to. We don’t spend months delving into my childhood. We talk about present and future issues and practical ways to deal with that.
