About me
Life has a way of nudging us toward change—sometimes gently, sometimes not so gently. If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve reached a point where something in your life, your relationships, or even within yourself doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe you’ve been wondering if therapy could help but worry it might be all talk and no action. That’s not how I work.
I’m not the kind of therapist who just listens. I’ll tell you how I see it, drawing on over 22 years of experience and my dual licensure as a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. Together, we’ll set clear, meaningful goals, and I’ll provide practical tools and tailored exercises to help you make progress. I believe real change happens not just in the therapy room but in your everyday life, where these tools and insights come to life.
I specialize in helping adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My work focuses on strengthening relationships, finding clarity during times of change, and addressing those heavy feelings of anxiety or “just not feeling like myself.”
I know it can be hard to take that first step, but I’m here to support you. If you’re ready, let’s find a path forward together.
