About me
Hello I'm Claire, I am an Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have particular experience in working with abuse which has given me the expertise in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship and family issues.
I offer a warm approachable nature and calming space for you to be yourself in sessions. I practice with a grounded, safe, and authentic space for you to be seen and heard. I work alongside you in exploring and connecting with your experiences, feelings and insights that can offer a deeper understanding of yourself, bringing about your sense of empowerment to move towards living your life with positive change.
Qualifications and Experience
As an Integrative Counsellor I have trained using a combination of person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. In brief, I offer a client-centred therapeutic relationship with an empathetic, non-judgmental, honest and collaborative approach to working with you. This also involves thinking about and exploring how your past impacts your current lived experience.

Claire is incredibly kind and is a great listener. She really challenges you to talk about some deep rooted issues and makes connections to things you wouldn't have thought of before. She makes you feel safe and is truly so caring!
