About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. I use a client centered approach, meeting you where you are and focusing on your needs. You are the one leading the session while I guide and support you through the process while encouraging positive change within yourself. The person centered approach supports mental health by coming from a place of empathy during each counseling session. The goals of this practice include increasing self-awareness, improving the clients ability to use self direction to make desired changes, increasing clarity, improving self-esteem, and boosting the clients self-reliance. My goal is to provide a safe nonjudgmental space, accepting you fully for you to open up. I believe in meeting you where you are and help you get to where you see yourself and want to be. I believe in getting to know the whole person and creating a treatment plan together to be the best version of yourself. My goal is to provide you with tools that you can use in your everyday life.
A majority of my availability is in the evenings and on the weekends. I am able to text/chat only for the time being.
