Loved my sessions with Claire. She was very approachable and professional.

I have only had three sessions with claire but already it seems like she understands my brain. I was worried that the sessions would feel like work and something I’d dread. But I don’t, and that is very much because of Claire, and how understanding and patient she is.

I have only had a couple of sessions with Claire but I think she is brilliant, an incredible therapist. She is very professional, very attentive and has really set me on a great path. I'd highly recommend Claire.

Thanks for prompting me to leave a review for Claire. In 3 sessions Claire seems to have completely got the measure of me! I haven't been successful in online / video therapy before and I was worried I'd find the same experience with BetterHelp. It has been the opposite. Claire and I have built a rapport so quickly over video and I feel as comfortable being open and vulnerable with Claire as if I was in a therapy room with her. She is non judgemental, warm, and is happy to let me use humour to get to the darker corners of what I want to work through. I look forward to our appointments even though talking about my feelings is usually a really scary experience for me. Claire has already given me tools and ways of thinking that have impacted my day to day life. 10/10 would recommend to a friend (just not the ones I talk about in therapy
