Clare is an amazing therapist.

Whatever issues I bring to therapy, she provides an instant deep sense of compassion and understanding. She is authentic and genuine, and is so effective at communicating empathy and compassion. She has helped me learn a lot about myself, and has taught me so much - like how to be kinder to myself and some really useful coping skills and strategies.

She also has a vast wealth of prior knowledge of many issues relating to mental and physical health.

Thank you so much, Clare!

After taking a break for a year, I decided to return to therapy, and I’m so grateful to be working with Clare again. This is my second time having therapy with her, and she continues to be amazing. Clare has kept track of my journey since we first started, and her listening skills are exceptional. She makes me feel safe, heard, and understood every session. She truly listens to what I say and offers support in a way that feels comforting and genuine. I’m incredibly thankful to have her as my therapist once more.

Clare is hands-down the best therapist I've ever worked with. She gets to the heart of the issue quickly, always makes the conversation feel safe, and is extremely knowledgable. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Clare has been instrumental in helping me. I was in a dark place, feeling lost and disconnected. Through her compassionate approach and insightful techniques I was able to find my way back to the joy in my life. With her help I rediscovered my passion for creativity, allowed me to connect more deeply with my daughters, and finally find the power within myself again. My experience has been transformative and I m forever grateful to Clare.
