Clay is the best therapist I've ever had and is the most kind, genuine, and insightful person. I'm very grateful for him and would recommend him to anybody looking for any sort of mental health support.

Clay's approach is very relatable and he has a soft touch. Very easy to share things with knowing there is no judgement involved on his end, just a genuine desire to help you improve on the things you wish to work on.

Clay is very attentive and speaks in a calming voice. Normally I get anxiety about therapy but I felt very comfortable talking to him. Because I do get anxious opening up I think meeting every two weeks instead of every week might be more beneficially for me if betterhelp has that option.
