About me
I completed my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN in 2009. Prior to this, I made a transition from a career in corporate Human Resources. Growing up in a military family provided me with the unique opportunity to live in various states and countries. Despite the diversity of my experiences, Tennessee has always held a special place in my heart and is my preferred place to call home.
Specializing in solution-focused and goal-oriented approaches, I excel in promptly addressing clients' mental health needs. I am committed to a client-centered focus to ensure the delivery of targeted interventions that foster healing and personal growth. My counseling experience spans from diverse settings, including outpatient, substance abuse, and inpatient mental health treatment facilities.
My primary goal is to guide clients towards positive outcomes. My empathetic approach, coupled with proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques, positions me as a valuable resource for those seeking transformative counseling experiences.
