Cody Broussard, LPC
About me
I have a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from McNeese State University. I am a licensed professional counselor with the Louisiana LPC Board of Examiners with 8 years of experience in professional counseling. I also have over 18 years of experience in Christian ministry as a pastor and chaplain, including a joint combat deployment to Iraq with the United States Air Force and the United States Army.
I offer clients an atmosphere of understanding and compassion in a non-judgment zone. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Client-Centered and Solution Focused approaches. Therefore, I believe each client deserves respect and personally tailored treatment from me.
It can be hard to seek help and requires vulnerability. I will believe in you and support you throughout our process together.
I look forward to working with you!

Cody is an amazing therapist. He's made our conversations very comfortable, he's easy to relate to, non-judgmental, and always has great insights to help me see things in a new, healthier perspective.
Over the years, I've had a few in-person therapists, so I was hesitant to try a virtual option like BetterHelp, but Cody has truly been better than all of the in-person therapists I've had. I look forward to continuing to work with him, and would highly recommend him.

Cody has been instrumental in my progress towards a better me. He is truly a God sent. I welcomed his expertise as a therapist and as a believer of which made me feel comfortable in sharing my thoughts, issues and concerns openly.
Cody has been very accommodating and understandable of my hectic schedules and made his services available at times that were best suitable for me. I could not ask for a better person to help guide me in my walk towards “Purpose”.
Cody, may God continue to bless you. Thank you for allowing your gifts to be used to serve His people. Many are called, but few are chosen. Forever grateful!
