Colleen Mott, LPC
About me
I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Michigan, with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, work conflicts, and relationship issues. In addition, I have more than 25 years of experience in law enforcement, and so I am well-qualified to assist with the unique needs of first responder and law enforcement professionals. I am also a certified fitness instructor, and have assisted many clients in setting and reaching personal health and fitness goals, and addressing body image issues.
I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I take an active approach to helping my clients. You can expect me to provide a judgment-free, supportive experience in which you can freely express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I use an eclectic mix of several counseling modalities, depending on your unique and specific needs. I can interact with you in whatever manner you are most comfortable, and I have flexible availability.
There are many ways to live a life, and it takes courage to work toward your best life. I look forward to working with you to reach this goal!
