Constance has been a reassuring, patient, and wise source of counsel to me during a difficult time. She has provided me with many useful tools to self-regulate when needed and to reframe thought patterns and interpretations of situations that are/were erroneous/faulty/potentially unhealthy. I look forward to each session, even when we tackle difficult truths.

She was my first therapist I have ever had. She was there for me during my hardest time in my life and I couldn't be more grateful that I had the chance to be her client and to have her as my first therapist. Mentally she helped me through a lot of my things that I struggled with the most personally and helped me with a lot of relationships. Even though I am not completely satisfied with how I am at the moment, I am glad of the progress I have made and it is all thanks you Constance .. thank you
