I would absolutely recommend Consuela as a therapist! Our sessions feel extremely comfortable and laid back. She does a great job of listening and then providing guidance/tools to overcome the things I'm struggling with. She is extremely reliable, always on time and I feel so much better after our sessions!

I really like Consuela. I think she understands me personally and thus is able to communicate with me in a way that is thought provoking and advising, and in way that I am receptive to, while still challenged by. It creates perspective for me, which is empowering because I feel like I am really learning skills on how to better navigate life. I am growing more into understanding myself and what I want for my life - my peace.
