I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with teenage girls and their families at a residential treatment center. I worked as a therapist for Children and Youth Services in Orange County. I have done private practice for three years helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & depression. Life is complex and full of unexpected challenges. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them create connected, thriving relationships. Therapy is an opportunity to set goals, gain insights and develop deeper understanding.
