About me

Stress, trauma, and finances are all issues that can alter your mood. We can work together to develop a treatment plan specifically for you. I utilized multiple theories to help you achieve different goals. When you are consistent and compliant goals can be accomplished. I work with family, mood, boundaries, etc. issues. I provide individual, group, marriage, and family therapy. My areas of focus include addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, family conflict, grief and loss, communication, marriage, and family therapy. My therapy approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship, which I hope will allow you to journey through life's challenges, struggles, joys, surprises, and changes.

l earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and have been in the behavioral health field for over 10 years. I have a strong belief in the potential for growth and healing at
all stages of life. I also have extensive experience working with children, adults, and elderly. I am passionate about working closely with clients by providing them with a multi-faceted method of care including cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and existential treatment approaches.
