About me

If you are ready for a new beginning, schedule a session today. I am flexible with sessions as well. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, ADD, ODD, parenting concerns, adjustment issues, relationship problems, and issues problem solving. In addition to the different areas I focus on, I am flexible with sessions.

My primary therapeutic approach is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This approach is useful in addressing how you think, feel, and behave. It is my belief that how we think, makes us feel, and we behave accordingly. My goal is to address your life’s struggles with strategies that allow you to be more empowered to maintain changes (i.e. healthier thinking, feeling, and behaving), reach goals, and feel less overwhelmed with all of the things that are going on in your world.

We sometimes are in need of direction, validation, and make sense of what is going on in our world. As your therapist, you will not be alone in this journey.

With the few sessions I had with Cory he helped me realize and rationalize things about myself and how I conduct myself with others. He’s very kind and respectful and clearly has a lot of knowledge and passion for what he does. If I am to come back to betterhelp I would 100% come back to Cory.

Cory has been astounding. He has helped me to understand, though I may know what is going on around me, that there are always better ways to maneuver and see things from multiple angles.
How to take a situation and analyze it without frustration, without anger and to help in the acceptance of the things that we cannot change.
He's been helpful in the short time that we have spent together thus far.
