Crystal Workman, LMSW
About me
One of my favorite quotes is "Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride." I have often found that life can throw you a curveball when you least expect it, and it is often hard to navigate those challenges on your own. Have you ever found yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed about things going on in your life? What if you could have an unbiased, safe environment to openly express your thoughts and feelings without needing to censor yourself or fear judgement. That is what I do for my clients, provide a safe space where they can feel empowered to openly express themselves and work towards achieving their goals. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process.

Crystal has made my first therapy experience very positive. She does a wonderful job of helping to see situations clearly and offers valuable insight on how to cope with stressful life events. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.
