Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Cynthia "Cindy" Milas. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Cindy is very good at peeling back the layers to expose the root cause of the issue, which then lets you work on that, rather than losing time trying to fix the “perceived” issue.

I feel this is a safe and that she really pay attention to what I have to say. Also, she follows up with me and gives me a comfortable atmosphere to talk. Is been a short time but effective.

I just started working with Cindy and so far it has been better than I expected! She listens sincerely and always has great ideas and advice. I also love that she will send me worksheets and self help assignments even days after our session. I can tell she genuinely is here to help.

Cindy has always been very responsive and understanding of my needs. She helps me to see different perspectives and think through situations in ways I don't always see on my own. Her approach to cognitive behavioral therapy has helped me to learn to set boundaries in my personal life and recognize areas where I am triggered.
