Cynthia Finnegan, LMSW
About me
I am licensed in Michigan with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have specialized experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, but I will call them on their crap when and if appropriate. I have tattoos that I don't try to hide and I occasionally even swear. If either of those things offend you, I might not be the right fit. However, If you want someone who keeps it real while helping you become the best version of yourself, let's chat. Either way, taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I applaud you for getting started!

Very professional, friendly and helpful. She's very easy to talk to, and that's coming from someone who is pretty bad at opening up to people.

Cynthia is amazing at getting back to messages and is proactive in checking in throughout the week. Sessions always start on time and she always is good at helping me talk through issues and guiding me through potential solutions. She has been amazing to have as a therapist!

Cynthia has been really great about explaining the platform and how to get the best out of it. She has really listened to what I have had to share and given support during a really difficult time.
