I like how she tries to offer way to think of the situation that may be different. Ways that help me understand a deeper sense of the situation. But at the same time, it’s exactly at my pace too. So I don’t feel pressured to go too fast too soon.

Dr. Fletcher was really easy to talk to. I don't have a lot of experience with "therapy" and still find it to be a bit out of my comfort zone. But Dr. Fletcher has a way of making you feel comfortable and the conversation just flows. I walked away with some good tips and tools for processing my stress. Looking forward to future sessions.

Cynthia Fletcher really know how to make the most of the session. I wish they were 60 minutes in stead of 30. But she gave me tangible things to do until our next session and I am feeling great about this process so far.

After my first session, I feel comfortable and excited for the next. I have been in counseling in some form since I was 15. At 40, I know specifically what I need and I think Cynthia is well equipped to assist me on that journey.

Ms Cynthia in my opinion was a great therapist. She has been a great person to talk to and I'm in a much better place in my experience than when I tried to do everything to heal myself from past traumas and insecurities all by myself.

Dr Cynthia Fletcher is amazing. She makes you feel right at home; she listens. We laugh and she helps me discover my true motivations and drives for my actions, habits, and even tracing it back to its origins. She provides a safe environment: where I realize how past trauma may still be active in my life. And with her help, I'm acknowledging it, becoming self-aware, and learning to respond proactively. She asks the difficult questions and provide homework for self-analysis. My past doesn't dictate my present and future. She is helping me develop my life goals and design MY LIFE. I'm really enjoying Dr Cynthia Fletcher and looking forward to my next sessions.

Cynthia for our first 3 sessions has been a joy to work with. Her insites are on point and she always has a new and great perspective to work on each time. I get something from each session. I feel that i am in a totally safe space with her. And dont mind opening up to her with either positive emotions or negative ones. She is a joy to be around and i am happy i was connected with her as my therapist.
