Cynthia is an amazing therapist!
She challenges my responses to get to the deeper layers of my problems.
She doesn't guide the sessions or have a pre-planned discussion topic like others may have.
She genuinely wants to help and is there to discuss what's currently on your mind.
Would definitely recommend booking with her!

Cynthia listens well, educates me but lets me make my own decisions - in my own time. I’m appreciative of her experience.
