Cynthia has been an amazing help to me! When I began counseling with her, I was in such a dark place, I could hardly talk without crying. After months of talking with her and listening to her insights, I felt empowered, clear-headed, hopeful and my negative self-talk was replaced with a kind and loving inner dialogue. I am so thankful for Cynthia, and the healthier path she helped me get back on!!!
