I started Better help in one of the most challenging periods of my life but Cynthia gave me guidance and support to not only make it through, but turn my tribulations into an opportunity to grow and improve myself. I am truly grateful for Cynthia's assistance and I can genuinely say she's one of the best therapists I've ever spoken with. She does a great job of both listening and providing feedback. She really helped me find myself again and I will remain grateful for that!
