Cynthia Mannino, LMSW
About me
Thank you for viewing my profile. If you choose me to assist you in your journey, I will provide guidance through patient centered, solution focused therapy. I use a trauma informed approach when working with patients.
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. This looks different for each patient, but will entail working through trauma, learning ways to cope with stress and how to be kind and compassionate toward yourself.
My therapy style depends on your needs. I will listen, support and provide feedback to you. I will assign “homework” for patients, as we are all a work in progress and things you learn in therapy need to be practiced in daily life.
I look forward to assisting you in becoming empowered, authentic and joyful.

Cindy is amazing. She has worked with me through so much, and truly gave me a space to say anything and everything I needed to. She is always warm and personable. She listens very well and asks thought-provoking questions that make it not feel like work. She has truly helped me so much with my various mental illnesses as well as just everyday life stuff. Truly grateful for humans like her
