I am licensed in Maine, Massachusetts, Washington DC, and Idaho with 18 years of professional work experience in hospice, and an additional 8 years in mental health. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I draw from multi theoretical frameworks to meet the unique needs of the clients I am honored to serve. Healing and discovery start from wherever you are. Therapy is about embracing our imperfections and accepting where we are on our journey, while discovering insights that lead to becoming our best selves.
