Cynthia is very professional and really listens to what i say. Excellent listener and good sound feedback and therapy. She goes the extra mile to schedule a short notice sessions in and reshedule a session if something comes up with me. I highly recomend her.

I have considered therapy for a while. I finally worked up the courage and tried BettetHelp. I’ve only had one therapist with BetterHelp, but I could not have found a better match with Cynthia. She has taken the edge and anxiety out of the “process” and had created an environment that feels like we are just talking, but talking with a purpose.
