Cynthia has been the most professional counselor I have ever worked with. She is present in the moment with me. She listens to me, never judges any of the "players" and then guides me to have a more healthy perspective on the situation. She is equipping me with tools that are applicable. She has humor. She has seriousness. She helps me not to beat myself up, by giving me the worksheets that teach me practical skills. I most definitely would recommend her.
