About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or the weight of past trauma? Do you find yourself struggling with relationships, work demands, or the challenges of caregiving? It’s common to feel lost or unsure about how to cope with these pressures, but you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to support you in finding clarity, balance, and renewed vitality in your life. With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to working professionals and seniors. I specialize in addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and attention difficulties, as well as concerns related to health, family dynamics, and school or work stress. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges and work towards tangible improvements in your mental health and overall well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems therapy, all tailored to your individual needs. I earned my master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Albany, State University of New York, and have been committed to providing compassionate, effective counseling since 2002. I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation.
