About me

I am a licensed counselor in Texas with 20 years of professional work experience. I have written a book "When Anxiety Attacks" and have been a guest on both national and local television and radio shows to talk about my approach. This approach is based on my years of experience working successfully with clients to reduce their anxiety level. This includes both general stress and clients with depression and anxiety.
I have worked with NASA Mission Control engineers to improve their performance and Mission Control continues to require this training of all incoming engineers.
My private practice also includes working with clients on relationship issues and family conflicts. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I will enjoy working as a partner with you on your goals. I will tailor our time together to address your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a working on making that happen! I am here to support & offer you new tools that will impower you in that journey.
