This is my first time speaking with a therapist and now I actually look forward to my sessions each week. It's nice to speak with someone who not only wants to listen but understands and offers support. Cynthia is a great listener and remembers all the little details of our sessions. She's knowledgeable in the area of support I require and I feel she really understands what i've been through and gives great advice on what I can do to make positive steps forward. She gives me hope that things can and will get better!
