Daisy Williams, BACP
About me
I am an experienced qualified therapist and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), who can support you at a time when you feel overwhelmed, upset or anxious. You will receive confidential, non-judgmental time and space so you can safely relax and focus on yourself, your solutions and your future.
I am a Person-Centred counsellor, which means that I will work with you in a way that helps you regain control and be able to make your own choices. I believe that our therapeutic relationship is the key to change. Once trust is built, we can look at and work on what stands in the way of you becoming the best version of yourself.
My previous experience in the past includes having worked with clients that have come to me to talk about anxiety, depression, workplace stress, domestic abuse, trauma and low self-esteem. I have worked with a variety of ages, cultures, religions and recognise that every person is individual and unique.
I have a BA (Hons) in Counselling, a foundation degree in Counselling and I am working towards accreditation by the BACP.

Daisy is one of the sweetest person I know, it was really comfortable to open up to her and have such vulnerable conversations with. She also gives really good and hands-on tips that works for me. I am really thankful for Daisy :)
