These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dale Eichenberg. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have been struggling with my mental health for years, and my parents strongly suggested I try better help. I’ve only had 3 sessions so far, but Dale is very supportive and encouraging to even the smallest steps in the right direction. He gives good advice and feedback. I really appreciate it when he checks on me between sessions. I was so nervous about the whole experience at first, but now I’m glad I got matched up with him!

Dale understands the complexity of my situation and allows me to speak and can advise on next steps in the process of healing. He pushes me to make decisions for myself and it’s because it’s what I need for my particular situation. I know my situation is alot to bare but he is patient.
