About me
As an LPC, I have had the opportunity of working within various areas of study. They include addictions, anxiety, male and female issues, anger management, stress, and self-esteem just to name a few.
Be mindful that one can be triggered by memories, good and bad. These triggers can lead to low self-esteem, depression, validation issues, traumatic events, and even stress. Moreover, they can lead to variety of addictions. These triggers and addictions can then lead to internal struggles that can affect your family, employment or even your way of life, which can be hard to overcome.
