Danielle Davis, LMHC
About me
I am licensed in New York with 5 years of professional work experience. My passion for working with couples experiencing challenges like infidelity, separation, and intimacy issues is deeply rooted in my belief that, even during the most difficult times, relationships have the potential to heal and grow. I focus on fostering open communication, rebuilding trust, and rekindling emotional connections through approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. I believe in helping couples navigate the complexities of their relationship dynamics, whether they are working toward reconciliation or navigating separation with dignity.
In addition, I am deeply committed to working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and those who struggle with anxiety. These issues often manifest in how people connect with themselves and others, and I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing. Through trauma-informed approaches, I help individuals regain a sense of control, reduce anxiety, and work toward emotional resilience, ensuring their past experiences do not define their future relationships.
My goal is to help both couples and individuals rediscover their strengths, restore emotional balance, and create paths toward healthier, more fulfilling live
