About me

Hello, my name is Danielle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State.

It took courage to reach out. I'm glad you did.

I've been working with people for over 20 years and I consider it my life's mission to help people build resilience and create more happiness in their life. I'm here to provide you with useful information, ah-ha moments, and guide you as you navigate the changes, grief, and loss that can come up in life. Whether it's pandemic fatigue, divorce & relationships issues, family issues, parenting concerns, the passing of a loved one, and/or caregiver burnout, I can help you create a roadmap to heal and achieve your personal goals.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address your unique concerns: Person-In-Environment, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Acceptance Technique, Mindfulness, to name a few. But you know what I think is most important, above all else? It's meeting you where you are at and addressing what's most important to you! I share practical action steps, along with intentional listening and tailored techniques, so that you will be inspired to move forward on your self-care and mental wellness journey.

My goal is help you process and develop tools to navigate what you're going through, as well as empower you to cultivate a mindset and approach to living that gives you more happiness, clarity and purpose.

I'm here to provide information, inspiration, practical tools, and support. Together we can create resilience, on your own terms, in your own way, and on your own timeline.

Take good care,
Danielle

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Danielle Dibba. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Danielle was great at absorbing what I was saying, reflecting back, and asking questions that demonstrated a great deal of insight. She had a very natural, low-ego, and warm style and I think she is a great fit for folks like me who are more introverted and take a while to know how to express what is on their mind.
