Hello my name is Darcel. I am a License Professional Counselor (LPC). I am here to encourage, motivate, and challenge you towards a path to real change. I offer a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment that support the therapeutic process. Therapy is a team effort. Therefore, we will work collaboratively to identify internal conflicts and barriers which hinder personal growth. You will have the opportunity to gain insight, set goals, and apply the necessary skills to improve your quality of life.
I have several years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. No one single modality/technique is for everyone, therefore, I will use the appropriate therapeutic approach based on your individual need. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and adjustment issues related to stress filled life experiences. My expertise is inclusive of various backgrounds, cultures, and ethnic groups. I ensure confidentiality, trust, and respect to each client I serve.
