I’m early in my therapy but I already feel so much better talking with Darla. She listens earnestly and offers great tips, advice, and analysis of what is going on. I’m so happy I decided to take a leap and try Better Help but feel even luckier that their matching tools found me a perfect fit.

Darla Montgomery has been an incredible source of support and guidance throughout my therapeutic journey. Despite our sessions being conducted remotely, her ability to create a safe and nurturing environment transcends physical boundaries.
Darla's expertise in therapy is evident in her thoughtful approach and insightful responses. She not only listens attentively to my concerns but also provides valuable perspectives and practical advise that have greatly contributed to my personal growth.
Darla shows genuine commitment to her clients well-being. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel heard and understood, fostering a sense of trust and openess that is essential in therapy.
I highly recommend Darla to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable therapist who is dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives.

Very thoughtful and understanding. She has a compassionate approach and is great at suggesting exercises or providing written content for further review, if that's your thing. I also like that she implements DBT exercises specifically tailored to whatever situation I'm going through at the moment. If you know anything about DBT, it can be overwhelming to go through even with a group, so I really like how she makes it relatable. She gives you space to explore your feelings without trying to impose her thoughts on you. Highly recommend!

I'm so grateful for this experience and feel like I can get back to being my true self. I've been very lost, but I've been given so many kind and encouraging words and insight that I've started to feel like I have value again. I'm a work on progress, but it feels like my path is becoming clearer. Thank you.
