I’ve been in therapy for almost a year now. I had doubts that therapy would help me as I have a hard time expressing myself. I was absolutely terrified to start. That being said, I have grown so much this year thanks to my sessions with Ms. Amesbury. My family and friends notice positive changes in me and so do I. She is empathetic, kind, and offers so much support and insight. A highlight to my week.

I have many ongoing psychological issues that Nicole has helped me understand better. She was really supportive and encouraging and I never felt afraid to open up to her, especially around issues of sexuality which were the most uncomfortable conversations to have. In addition I worked through a lot of relationship troubles with her and she has been an excellent support. I would strongly recommend Nicole.

I knew about BetterHelp by coincidence while looking for alternatives for counseling or therapy sessions, then I was assigned to Nicole. The way she engages, it's like talking over tea or coffee breaks with a close friend that could relate to whatever topics or stories shared. I can't thank Nicole enough for her advice and help so far. I'll always look forward to every sessions set. Keep it up, Nicole!

Great counselor. I have had two appointments with her and she has been very supportive. She follows up to confirm appointments and is ready to go. She recommended a great book related to my issues and is very knowledgeable explaining and understanding psychological issues, including case studies from other professionals and researchers. Would recommend to anyone.
