I've been in and out of therapy for 18 years and I've never had a connection like I do with Dr. Anderson. She helps me feel great on my wins no matter how small. She helps bring me confidence and encouragement on the things I need to work on. And she calls me on my own (for lack of better words) BS. Every single one of my friends of family that brings up therapy I recommend BetterHelp and find Dr. Anderson !!
