My therapist Darlene is a major guiding point in my life. Without our sessions I know for a fact that I would not be where I am today. Darlene keeps me grounded & helps me focus on what matters.

Since the moment we have been paired, Darlene has been responsive, relevant and really hears what I say. She asks appropriate questions that really make me think about what is necessary for me to grow and handle life situations in a positive and healthy way.
